July stacked peak holidays on top of SERP volatility waves that ran the whole month. For the second month in a row, the traffic that stays converts better.

Google confirmed nothing in July; the volatility hit tactics we do not use. Our positions held through every wave.

New in the dashboard

Every keyword now shows the competition.

Each tracked keyword displays the positions of your five main competitors and the SERP top 3, updated with the same daily tracking. The gap to the leaders is now measured, keyword by keyword, month after month.

These are July monthly averages, desktop, the same figures as the report's keyword table. The daily tracker reads differently (19 on July 31) because it averages all tracked cities and both devices; both views are now side by side, one column per competitor.

Rankings, June to July

English holds the line, French takes two number ones.

English

KeywordJunJul

18 of our 32 UK keywords sit in the top 3. On the main keyword, the new competitor view shows a top 5 locked by three players averaging #1 to #1.2: that is where the authority push keeps aiming.

French

KeywordJunJul
greffe de cheveux dhi turquie21
greffe de cheveux fue turquie11
greffe de cheveux turquie88
greffe de cheveux turquie prix1414

Both technique pages now rank number 1, ahead of every direct competitor in their SERP top 3.

Italy and Turkey

The Istanbul cluster jumps.

12 to 9
clinica trapianto di capelli istanbul
4 to 3
istanbul saç ekimi (our best ever on the home market)
Honest note: fue zaffiro gave back its June spike, 2 to 9, in a volatile SERP. The page is unchanged and has oscillated before; we watch it daily.

After the blog, all the main pages of the site get the same update pass.

Patient cases and new articles

The 3 patient cases are integrated, and the new blog articles go live today or tomorrow.

Digital PR and links

The PR campaign's first coverage is live.

Six placements on major UK media, links and brand mentions, with combined audiences above 500M monthly visits. Outreach is ongoing; every new piece of coverage lands in the report as it publishes.

Also in July: the June link-building batch kept publishing (Italy and English placements, several still queued to go live), and one historically aggressive competitor acquired zero editorial links this month, a first since we started tracking. Full detail in the dashboard's Backlinks tab.

SERP and Maps context

Two July signals to know about.

Unconfirmed volatility, all month

Three tracked waves (July 4 to 12, 18 to 19, 23 onwards), nothing confirmed by Google. Consistent with continuous unannounced updates targeting spam tactics. White-hat, first-hand content keeps being the winning profile, and our positions rode through every wave.

Google Business Profile reviews bug

Google confirmed a bug making reviews disappear from profiles in early July. Directly relevant to our Maps workstream: we baseline and monitor the review count so any drop is detected and reported, not discovered.
